Listed below is our fertilizing options:

Early Spring Visit: High nitrogen granular fertilizer with a pre-emergent for crabgrass. Weed control will be applied as needed. (Majority of weeds have not started germinating this early in the season.)

Late Spring Visit: Granular fertilizer with Iron, weed control, and when necessary this is when WE apply our Grub Preventer.  This application targets dandelions, clover, thistles, and thirty other types of weeds.

Grub Preventer: One-time application performed simultaneously with the Late Spring Visit preventing any damage from grubs.  This treatment will also take care of billbugs and sod-webworms.

Early Summer Visit: Granular fertilizer, weed control applied as necessary by spot treatment or blanket spray depending on the current condition of your lawn. We'll also monitor your lawn for insects, disease, and look over your landscape to make sure everything is going well.

Late Summer Visit: Granular fertilizer with a higher phosphorous content to engage the root system and promote vigor. Weeds and/or crabgrass control applied as needed.  This is the best time to seed your lawn.  Either in conjuction with Aeration, or have your lawn Reviatalized with our state of art Lawn Overseeder.

Early Fall Visit: Granular Fertilizer with Iron and "Prospect" a root enhancer, and a blanket application of weed control.  Your lawn will achieve that deep green color!

Fall Winterizer: Heavy nitrogen based granular fertilizer application to give your lawn the nutrients it needs throughout the winter. This will also promote a quicker Spring green-up.

Core Aeration: Aeration is one of the most important things you can do for your lawn. It helps relieve compaction of the soil, develop a deeper root system, reduce thatch build up, and allow more air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the root system. Remember, the soil plugs left on your lawn should be mulched, not bagged for the best results. Spring and Fall is a great time to have your lawn Aerated.

Slit Seeding: This machine lightly till's your soil creating slit's 2 inches apart and drops seed directly into the soil.  This machine is so tough it will chip concrete, so no matter how hard and compact your soil is we can help.  We can seed small spots in your lawn all the way up to large Acreges.  We will Guarantee results, as long as you water it properly.
